Research Papers

  • Federal Website Accessibility Issues for People with Disabilities

For my Public Policy minor Capstone project, I focused on a topic I am passionate about - Accessibility for People with Disabilities. With over 2,000 Federal Websites, I analyze the core issues of US Government Websites and provide suggestions to improve their accessibility to make these resources accessible for all types of users.

  • Importance of Understanding the Psychology of Personality in UX Design

As UX Designs’ founding father, Don Norman says “we must design for the way people behave, not for how we would wish them to behave.” For my Psychology minor capstone paper, this paper focuses on the linkage between UX and Psychology as the research phase is arguably the most important to understand users’ personalities and needs throughout the design process.

  • Climate Change: The Devastating Effect on Environmental Global Migration and the Mass Displacement of People

Climate Change and global displacement is a devastating issue. To raise awareness, I conducted an independent study proving how climate change adversely affects the global population. This is due to droughts, floods, the rising of sea levels, wildfires, and the severity of storms. Unless world climate changes are made, we are heading towards a dark future of mass displacement of people, lack of shelter, starvation, and disease outbreaks.

Basic Front-End Website

In accordance with the Research Paper on Federal Website Accessibility issues, I created a website with quick links to disability organizations.
